What’s your fashion style?
Having grown up an athlete I’ve always been most comfortable in workout clothes, sweats and hoodies and tennis shoes. As an adult and having to wear a “uniform” aka shorts and an active t-shirt (did I mention I work in a gym?) to work every day severely contributed to me having a major lack of every day clothes outside of jeans and t-shirts/sweatshirts. Over the last ten plus years I’ve started to get more into fashion and actually started to seek out pieces that make me happy, are comfortable and just suit my personality.

What are some of your favorite things to wear?
Hands down I’d have to say rompers and jumpsuits! As stated above, I’m all about comfort so if I can find something that looks dressy but secretly feels like I’m wearing sweats or pajamas, I’m sold! Also, I love a good pair of stretch skinny jeans (I’ve got curves so I need the stretch) with a comfy sweater or V-neck t-shirt. Tank tops are also a must when the weather permits, sun’s out gun’s out!
What’s your dress-up style?
It depends on the event, the setting and the time of year honestly. It could vary from a cute summer dress and wedges for a wedding to a lacy dress and bedazzled heels for a work holiday party or a pencil skirt and tank for a casual business meeting. Here are some of my favorite looks. As with everything, if you are comfortable and confident you will rock whatever you wear!
What’s your Fitness fashion consist of?
Honestly it used to be oversized basketball shorts and old high school t-shirts that I cut the sleeves off of but thankfully I’ve progressed over the years. I think as long as you have a few staple pieces that you love, you can mix and match just about anything! It’s all about being comfortable in what you’re wearing. For me it’s a solid pair of leggings or crops with a tank top or cap sleeved shirt, I don’t like my tops too constricting, I have to be able to move!
